The role:

Web Designer / Web developer - The sustained growth of Sixteen Interactive and our thriving web design business aspect has created a unique opportunity for a creative genius.

We need a designer with a high level of creativity to work on client website designs as well as email templates and user interfaces. To apply you must be a whizz with Photoshop and other Adobe applications. We would like to see a broad spectrum of creativity from graphic design, through to 3D models.

Technical skills such as CSS/HTML conversion are not pre-requisite, although these could be seen as advantagoeus to the right applicant. We are always intested in hearing from web developers, so if you are less creative and more technical, feel free to let us know what you can do.

While we do value qualifications, education is less important than experience, web design training, creativity and the ability to get the job done to a high standard.

We have a close team, and a great working environment, however excellent communication and listening skills will help the right applicant to succeed. We our team is a helpful bunch of can-doers; but due to the daily diversity encountered, you must be a quick learner with a keen eye for detail.

This vacancy is open to applicants in the Cheltenham and Gloucestershire areas, although we would happily accept applications from further flung locations such as Swindon, Bristol, Birmingham, Cirencester, Tewkesbury and Gloucester.
