Mark graduated from the University of Gloucestershire in 2008 after a 4 year course in Computing with a minor in IT. A specialist in Microsoft's .Net framework for developing windows and web based applications, Mark leads on a number of key projects as well as being responsible for continued development of core products.

Mark also has a keen interest in the server infrastructure, managing all our onsite and offsite servers.

A pivotal member of our team at 16 Interactive, Helen deals with office administration, accounts and helps to develop internal systems which make us more efficient. When she's not organising us, she is one of our creative designers.

After graduating from the University of Kent, with a 2:1 in Multimedia, Technology and Design, she worked at Gloucestershire County Council to gain a broad background of business processes, before joining our team.

Andy is an all-rounder when it comes to front-end web development and is highly proficient in Adobe CS. Andy's key strength is writing custom jQuery and JavaScript modules, as well as using supported HTML5 and CSS3 elements which create engagement and help to bring a website to life.

Previously running his own business while studying Multimedia at the University of Gloucestershire, Andy has a well-rounded background that helps his approach, improving usability and conversions to drive your website revenue.

Jordan is an expert in HTML and CSS conversions - taking website design "flats" (or a picture of what the site will look like) and converting them into a fully functional website, while ensuring complete flexibility and integration with our content management system.

When he's not making valid HTML/CSS websites that are cross-browser tested, Jordan is a skilled Photoshop user and an avid Google fan!

Tom is an experienced ASP .Net developer who tackles bespoke systems and web projects for our clients. Whether a standalone system or a module designed for integration with our CMS, Tom can single-handedly execute a brief.

Having previously worked in both front-end and back-end web development as a freelancer, when he's not developing systems, modules and websites, Tom enjoys playing rugby in his free time.

Anthony is an expert ASP .Net developer brings several years additional experience to the 16 Interactive development team. Anthony graduated from the University of Brighton in 2007 with a degree in Software Engineering and comes to 16 Interactive having previously designed and written software within the automotive industry.

When he's not developing software, Anthony is somewhat of a legend at Guitar Hero and Sing Star!

Leanne comes to us with many years experience building both static and eCommerce websites. Accomplished in front-end web development, server-side configuration; specialising in developing and supporting various eCommerce platforms, she's a vital part of the team here.

When she isn’t building websites, Leanne is out dirt jumping on her mountain bike, riding her Ducati Monster 600 or negotiating obstacles on her trials bike.

Steph graduated from Buckinghamshire New University with an honours degree in Fine Art. Coupling her artistic skills with a background in photography and media, she enjoys working on the artistic side of website production. Being brought up in a house full of computer literates has rubbed off, leading to her active interest in creating website layouts and backend coding. Having spent her childhood in Texas and Abu Dhabi she focussed her degree creating sculpture and digital artwork reflecting her interest in American and Arabic architecture. Her passion for architectural art sees her visiting many local and national galleries.

When she isn’t creating artwork, Steph enjoys snowboarding and baking.
