Alex's expertise in software design and development makes him the perfect fit for overseeing operations at 16's headquarters in Cheltenham. Having left university due to it prohibiting his attention to the growing business, Alex has seen the company double in size year on year.

Ed comes from a background in online retail, selling large volumes of high-ticket items over the internet. Having experienced many of the pitfalls our clients face in finding the right platform and providers, Ed is perfectly placed to offer helpful, relevant advice to business owners and managers looking to grow their businesses using the internet. An expert in SEO techniques as well as internet marketing in general, Ed can answer any questions you have on our products and services.

Mark graduated from the University of Gloucestershire in 2008 after a 4 year course in Computing with a minor in IT. A specialist in Microsoft's .Net framework for developing windows and web based applications, Mark leads on a number of key projects as well as being responsible for continued development of core products.

Mark also has a keen interest in the server infrastructure, managing all our onsite and offsite servers.

Tom is our module specialist. He takes specialist user requirements, and designs interfaces to facilitate use of customised aspects of our systems. Tom's expertise also crosses over into mobile-optimised websites while playing a vital role in our bespoke software development team. 

A Computer Science graduate from Swansea University, Tom is skilled in C#, the .Net framework, as well as HTML and CSS. Tom also updates a lot of our social media efforts; you may see some of his findings on our Twitter or Facebook pages.

Dave specialises in HTML and CSS conversions, taking the website design "flats" provided by our agency clients and in-house designers, slicing them up, and turning them into dynamic websites.

Currently completing a BSc Computer Science Degree with The Open University, Dave is also a whizz with Javascript and Jquery, bringing boring, mundane websites to life. An expert in web standards and cross-browser compatibility, Dave ensures your website looks great, no matter what your customer's computer system.

A pivotal member of our team at 16 Interactive, Helen deals with office administration, accounts and helps to develop internal systems which make us more efficient. When she's not organising us, she is one of our creative designers.

After graduating from the University of Kent, with a 2:1 in Multimedia, Technology and Design, she worked at Gloucestershire County Council to gain a broad background of business processes, before joining our team.

Andy is an all-rounder when it comes to front-end web development and is highly proficient in Adobe CS. Andy's key strength is writing custom jQuery and JavaScript modules, as well as using supported HTML5 and CSS3 elements which create engagement and help to bring a website to life.

Previously running his own business while studying Multimedia at the University of Gloucestershire, Andy has a well-rounded background that helps his approach, improving usability and conversions to drive your website revenue.
