Email marketing software

Our software is ideal for sending email newsletters, direct mail shots and opt-in email marketing.

We've designed it from the ground-up to be easy to use, effective, and powerful, without being unnecessarily complicated.

How it works:

1 - Dashboard

The dashboard screen shows you our three-step process: Template, List, Mailing. You can also access Reports, Plugins and the Control Panel from here if you need to.

2 - Template Editor

The template editor allows you to customise an existing template, start a new one, import a Dreamweaver (or any HTML) template, or choose one from the library.

3 - Preview Template

The editor has a built-in preview toggle so that as you make changes, you can check everything displays correctly, and features our WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) system, as well as a familiar toolbar with your standard formatting options.

4 - Send preview email

Before you send the mailing, you can send a preview of it to any email account or system you like - this allows you to test deliverability on any email client, without using up credits.

5 - Upload Excel contact list

Once your template is completed, the second step in the process is to upload your contact list. This is a simple one-click process to upload an Excel spreadsheet, or CSV file. If you have our newsletter signup portal on your website, your new sign-ups are automatically imported to your lists.

6 - Choose a list and template

Now you have a list and a template, you create your mailing by choosing a subject line, then selecting the template, and the contact list you want to send it to. You can then either send the mailing straight away or schedule it to automatically send at a pre-defined date and time.

7 - Track the results in Reports

After your mailing has been sent, you can then track in real time, who opened it, what links they clicked, and when they did, using our Reports button on the dashboard screen.

It really is that simple. If you do get stuck, we have an experienced team of people waiting for your call. We don't tie you into a contract and our prices compete fiercely with the top ten UK providers - in many cases we're half the price!
