Today we launched our latest website design and CMS conversion project, Oxygen Helpdesk – a leading provider of Help Desk Software and Service Desk Software.
We designed it in-house with a heavy client influence to turn their vision and ideals into the perfect website for their requirements.
Oxygen Helpdesk is part of the latest rollout of our CMS system and displays some of the latest features and trickery we thrive on here at 16 Interactive.
Some of the major features include an animated slider area for featured content, custom animated boxes for displaying key product features, CSS3 and jQuery transitions and our brand new video player module. All of these features are 100% editable with our CMS system’s page editor and custom modules too!

The video player module is a brand new feature of our CMS and is very simple to use. It is actually simpler than uploading a video to YouTube or Vimeo. Our CMS has always allowed you to embed YouTube and Vimeo videos, however the drawbacks are that visitors get distracted at the end of the video, ending-up on YouTube, often looking at your competitors’ videos, and allowing third-party branding on your site.
Now you can host videos on your own website using our player, increasing engagement and traffic conversion while reducing exit rates. You can expect to see it rolling out onto some of our other client’s websites very soon.
