Interflora sues M&S over allegations that they paid Google to promote their own flowers when users searched for the Interflora website.
Google Adwords has very strict dectection systems to prevent misuse of other brand's trademarks, yet in this instance, according to the BBC website: "M&S paid Google to promote its own flower business in search results any time a user looks up Interflora's name."
We often find the adwords trademark detection system works a little too well, and inhibits even the most legitimate Pay Per Click campaigns, by restricting certain keywords, so the above news does come as a surprise!
