Support + Maintenance

Dedicated account manager, providing ongoing support and assistance

A dedicated account manager will be on-hand for the lifetime of your project, acting as your go-to resource for any required support.

Support can cover anything from CMS concerns, minor maintenance or large-scale updates, with your account manager being available (via phone or email) during office hour. An out-of-hours support service is also available for any urgent enquiries which may occur outside of this.

Whilst we're happy for support/maintenance work to be completed on an ad-hoc basis, our monthly support retainers provide peace-of mind by allowing you to budget for any unexpected or urgent changes; with a variety of package options available.
