Business Development Executive

16i is a digital web development agency. Working alongside a diverse range of clients and brands across the UK and internationally, we are committed to delivering the best digital services. Above all we pride ourselves in building long standing relationships with all of our clients.

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to help research and develop new leads for the business.

Day-to-day tasks:

  • Researching potential opportunities
  • Qualifying leads (via phone and email)
  • Updating and maintaining the company’s CRM system
  • Writing proposals
  • Weekly reporting
  • Good English skills and writing capabilities

Desirable skills:

  • An appetite for sales
  • Experience in researching contacts and/or building leads and opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Understanding of the digital web design and development space
  • Highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines and multi-task

Training and support will be provided on all our services and products and you will be working closely with the client services team and the Managing Director.
