A number of design workshops
were held, in order to fully explore the requirements of the corporate website
design and functionality. It was felt that the majority of the existing site
content was well-written and applicable to the new Japan-focus, but that this
could be organised in a more concise and user friendly manner. Working closely
with Different Snow 16i worked to incorporate the new branding and update the
site navigation in order to help drive users to key point of conversion – the
enquiry page. With the primary aim of the site being to capture enquiries, the
enquiry form was also restructured and condensed in order to ensure that users
could send an enquiry or get in touch in as fewer clicks as possible.
