Following an in-depth digital review, a detailed strategy was created and implemented; with a key improvement being the integration of a seamless interface between the existing box office system and website. This allows information to be pulled from the box office and edited via the website CMS, removing any duplicate effort and significantly reducing the manual entry of show information.
A full website redesign and build has also been completed to help modernise the site whilst maintaining a simplified user journey – designed to help people of all ages and abilities to navigate, view performance details, and book tickets.
