What is the RES System?

The RES System is an online platform which allows you and the team to manage property details, contacts, enquiries and bookings from one central place.

Which features are included?

The RES system includes a number of core and bespoke features, including the ability to store and manage contact details right through from initial enquiry to booking. A helpful dashboard will alert you of any outstanding actions such as enquiry follow-ups and payments due, as well as information on those customers currently in the resort. The RES system can also be integrated with 3rd Party payment systems – allowing you to generate invoices, as well as track and approve security deposits and payments through the system.

Who would use The RES System?

The RES System is of benefit to anyone receiving enquiries and bookings.

How would the RES System benefit me?

The RES System will allow you to manage all contacts, enquiries and bookings from one place. Various user types can also be generated, allowing you to provide access to booking information (at various levels) to anyone from the customer through to the owner, or in-resort staff.

Will the RES System help me to manage enquiries?

The RES System can be integrated with the enquiry form on your website, allowing any enquiries to feed directly into it. Staff members, follow-up tasks and a priority status can also be assigned to enquiries and pulled through to the central dashboard; providing a quick reference of any outstanding tasks.
