The RES system includes a number of core and bespoke features, including the ability to store and manage contact details right through from initial enquiry to booking. A helpful dashboard will alert you of any outstanding actions such as enquiry follow-ups and payments due, as well as information on those customers currently in the resort. The RES system can also be integrated with 3rd Party payment systems – allowing you to generate invoices, as well as track and approve security deposits and payments through the system.
