We use a variety of tools to manage this, including but not limited to:
- Health check reports: to check for any broken links, images or errors
- Google Analytics monitoring: helping you to track key statistics such as referring sites, audience type, bounce rate and page views
- Reporting: status reports on website performance and/or work completed
- Status calls: these can be arranged on a weekly or monthly basis, in order to discuss the project including any queries or required developments
- Upgrades: we'll be in touch with any updates or new features which may be of benefit
