With over 30 years of account management experience between them, there aren't many problems the team can't solve!
You will be assigned a dedicated account manager at the start of your project who will be your main point of contact throughout each of the project stages.
Your account manager will be present during the initial kick-off and/or design workshop meetings and will be responsible for putting together initial timescales, briefing the project into the design and development team, proving CMS training and ultimately ensuring the project is delivered on time and on budget.
In addition, frequent updates will be provided by either email or phone throughout the duration of the project and beyond; ensuring that you’re always up-to-date on progress.
Your account manager will also be on-hand post launch, should any help, changes or additional training be required as part of the monthly support retainer.
