Our strategy planning sessions typically involve key members of the team from a cross-section of the business (as objectives will vary between departments) and draw on existing analytics and insights in order to inform the proposed approach going forward.
Whilst not exhaustive, the following elements would be considered:
- What are the strategic goals and objectives of the business?
- Which technologies and applications do you currently have or would like to use?
- What sort of content and assets are available/do you have access to?
- Which product, group, or service are you looking to promote?
- What is the target market?
- What key objectives or outcomes are you looking to achieve?
- How will the success of the strategy be tracked?
We’ll work with you from the initial planning session through to the strategy implementation and deployment; constantly monitoring the plan against the key objectives.
