With user experience at the forefront of the project, 16i worked to restructure the existing sitemap in order to amalgamate content and improve the user journey – guiding customers to the most relevant part of the site in as fewer clicks as possible. As part of this, the site was split into two versions (Homeowner and Professional) with an initial pop-up prompting the user to set their preference from the outset.
Once on the site, users are able to browse the product catalogue or alternatively search for engineers or merchants based on postcode location.
