Since 2007, 16 have been supporting the Everyman Theatre with a variety of digital services including email marketing campaigns and bespoke software development.
Wanting to increase conversion rates we initially provided an interface between the Everyman ticketing system and box office database built on our email marketing platform. This enabled new user accounts to automatically populate specific lists based on their show preferences, giving the Everyman segmented data for targeting customers in future email campaigns achieving maximum effectiveness.
More recently, 16 completely redesigned the website to bring it up to date with a modern look and feel yet retaining the usability to cater for their wide range of visitors, ensuring the site is easy for people of all ages and abilities to navigate, view performance details and book tickets. As a result customers can now reach the show information and booking links quicker resulting in an increase in number of ticket sales. To minimise manual entry of show information, we further developed our interface to pull across the show information from the box office system into the content management system where shows could be further updated with the addition of photo galleries, videos and additional resources.
