The challenge
Looking to raise brand awareness, NUK selected 16i and our ecommerce platform for the redesign and build of the corporate website. The aim of the new site was to not only increase traffic and sales, but to allow NUK to promote loyalty schemes and fully utilise the advanced functionality that the ecommerce system provides.

16i designed and developed a fully responsive interface to sit on the 16i ecommerce platform. A complex loyalty scheme was also integrated, allowing NUK to further engage with customers through trackable email campaigns and offers; encouraging repeat visits to the online store and additional purchases.
Key features/customisations
Order fulfilment is ensured through the incorporation of NUK’s back office stock control system into the 16i ecommerce platform; allowing everything to be managed from one central place.
