Enabling Spontex to drive brand engagement and increase social media presence

The challenge
Recommendations led Spontex to select 16 to support them with a new fully integrated ecommerce system to replace their existing outdated site and enhance their online presence.
Working alongside Spontex we designed and developed a fully responsive ecommerce platform which supports all aspects of the sales journey, eliminating the pain points to streamline processes creating efficiency whilst delivering a user friendly site which customers can easily view on any device or screen size.

Increasing social media presence was vital and as part of the digital strategy 16 produced a range of Facebook apps, including a highly successful competition based app which resulted in a massive increase in brand engagement. Exploiting this success has since led to the development of a brand new social microsite, designed to maximise consumer interaction through blogs, user-submitted galleries, product reviews, and opportunities to participate in product testing.
